Benchmark set 6.3
Against 6.2, the set now carries 1,041 benchmarked roles, up from 1,038, reachable under 5,226 titles, up from 5,191, across 143 regions, up from 140, and 10 sectors, built from 281 named sources, up from 255. Two of the new roles, 31 of the new titles and three of the new sources were added after 6.2 was published and are recorded here.
Three markets join: Ascot in Berkshire, Greater Vancouver, and Los Cabos in Mexico. Ascot carries London's 0.75, the Morgan & Mallet United Kingdom median, because the guide does not separate the Home Counties. Greater Vancouver's 0.70 is carried from Toronto rather than derived: Morgan & Mallet has no Canadian edition, and the public Vancouver household postings sit lower. Los Cabos is set at 0.11 from the one published Los Cabos household source, on two locally hired service seats, each set against the national band rouka applies to it.
Regional adjustment now runs from 1.6 to 0.11. Los Cabos at 0.11 is the new lowest multiplier, below the 0.15 that Cairo, Nairobi and Lagos carry. No Los Cabos figure is shown below Mexico's 2026 legal minimum: the domestic worker minimum of MXN 342.47 a day sets every Los Cabos figure at USD 7,000 or more. Regional figures under 22,500 now round to the nearest 1,000 rather than the nearest 5,000, so a low-value market no longer collapses three percentiles into one figure, except where Los Cabos's legal floor lifts the lower percentiles of its lowest-paid seats to USD 7,000; those figures are marked as held at the legal minimum. That moves at least one regional figure for 582 existing roles in 41 of the 140 earlier markets, by 2,000 at most. Most of the moves are in Lagos, Nairobi and Cairo, then Bangalore, Bogotá, Manila and Ho Chi Minh City, then Mumbai, Jakarta, Bucharest, Johannesburg, Bangkok, Vilnius, Tallinn and Valletta, with a few low figures in 26 other markets, among them Paris, Dubai, Toronto and London. Only figures that had shown as 20,000 or less moved. No figure that had shown as 25,000 or more moved through this rounding, and no United States figure moved.
The hiring report's lower check on salary figures now scales with the market's multiplier. It had lifted every report figure to at least 0.3 of the national median, which flattened bands in markets below that level. In the 26 markets with a multiplier below 1.0 where it applied, report figures now match the calculator's own figures and are lower than before, by up to 76 percent: most in Lagos, Nairobi and Cairo, then Bangalore, Bogotá, Ho Chi Minh City and Manila, then Bucharest, Jakarta and Mumbai, with fewer in Bangkok, Johannesburg, Tallinn, Vilnius, Valletta, Antibes, Cape Town, Paris, Seoul, Warsaw, Mexico City, Riyadh, Gibraltar, São Paulo, Dubai and Abu Dhabi. No report figure moved in a United States market or in any market at 1.0 or above. Reports saved before this release keep their figures.
No research in this release changed an existing role's band. The research in this release is recorded as notes and evidence: houseman and handyman pay in Los Angeles, residential security officer postings from Ascot to Kensington, London family office assistant pay, Bay Area facilities and security programme managers, Dubai cook, housekeeper and caretaker tiers, Vancouver and Los Cabos household pay, the Botoff national anchor for Estate Manager with a Boston caveat, Salary.com percentiles for Executive Protection Agent, and an agency range and a BLS floor for the chauffeur. Estate Manager is now rated medium confidence rather than high. Houseman gains two posting titles and Facilities Director one.
One role was recovered rather than added. A UAE Relationship Manager (HNW) seat shared its name with the US seat and was silently dropped; it is now held separately. Its pay figures are the ones the duplicate held, no named source has been added for them yet, it is rated low confidence, and it has no public role page until a source is added. The US seat's time to fill moves to the 13 weeks the October audit found, which had been filed against the duplicate.
Twenty-three sources join in this release, among them the ONS Annual Survey of Hours and Earnings, the Government of Canada Job Bank, CONASAMI, Tadbeer, Living In Cabo, Oplu and the Morgan Stanley 2023 single family office report, which the data already cited. The Botoff household security entry now carries the full name of the Estate & Household Staff report it is.
