What we collect
Your name, email, and whatever you put into our forms: career details, search parameters, Compass conversation responses. If you pay us, Stripe handles your card. We never see your card number.
How AI fits in
When you use our platform, your inputs go through Anthropic's API to generate your results. We send the minimum needed, never your name, email, or payment info. Anthropic doesn't train on your data.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data. We don't share your individual info with employers or recruiters. We don't run ads. We don't use tracking or marketing cookies. Our analytics (Plausible) is cookie-free and doesn't collect personal data.
Compass specifically
Your Compass conversation is stored, the full transcript and your answers. We use this data to improve the product. We'll never publish your individual responses without asking you first.
