Every search on rouka operates under the same principles we apply to our retained executive search work at Talent Gurus:

No public postings. We use direct outreach and vetted networks only. Identity stays private unless you approve.

No data sharing. Search data, compensation inputs, and playbook outputs are never shared with third parties, aggregated into public datasets, or used to train models. Your data stays yours.

No candidate marketing. We don't blast candidates with mass outreach. Every contact is deliberate, researched, and contextualized. Candidates are approached as if they're being invited, not recruited.

No digital footprint. Searches on rouka don't create public artifacts. No listings, no social media signals, no SEO-indexed pages. If someone searches for your family office, they won't find your hiring activity here.

NDA-ready from day one. We operate under mutual non-disclosure agreements as standard practice, not as an upgrade. If your search requires additional confidentiality protocols, we accommodate them.

Principal-level reporting. Search intelligence reports are delivered directly to the authorized decision-maker. We don't cc distribution lists, we don't loop in people who weren't invited, and we don't discuss active searches with anyone outside the engagement.
