Discretion · What rouka does with what you type
Looking something up should not tell anyone you looked.
rouka is a compensation intelligence platform. It does not post roles, contact anyone, or represent either side of a hire. What it holds is what you type into it, and what it reads that against.
So the question here is not who we tell. It is what is kept, where it goes, and whether using this leaves a trace.
The people who need that answered are usually the ones with the most to lose from a wrong guess: a principal testing what a seat costs before anyone knows the seat exists, or someone finding out what they are worth while still in the job.
Reading leaves no trace. Looking up what a seat pays creates nothing public. No listing, no social signal, no indexed page. Nobody learns that you are hiring for a role, or that you are thinking about leaving one, because you read it here.
Your figures are not for sale. rouka does not sell data, does not run ads, and does not pass what you type to employers or recruiters. Analytics is cookie-free and collects nothing that identifies you.
What reaches the model, and what does not. Producing a Brief sends the minimum to Anthropic's API, never your name, your email, or your payment details. Anthropic does not train on it.
What rouka keeps, and what it does with it. Your inputs run the service, and anonymized they improve the benchmark set. Nothing individual is published without asking you first. That is the whole permission, and it is written out on the legal page rather than implied here.
A copy, or a deletion, on request. Ask for either at charbel@rouka.co and it is handled within thirty days. There is nothing to negotiate and no tier it sits behind.
The figures are modeled, and the sources are named. rouka does not republish licensed survey figures as printed. Every source behind the set is listed by name and year, so a number you are about to act on can be traced to where it came from.
